Gerring coined the terms‚"Nationalism" and "Neoliberalism" in his 1998 book, Party Ideologies in America, 1828-1996. His Neoliberalism epoch extended to 1992 (perhaps to 1996). My Neoliberalism era ended in 1960. I contend that the GOP entered an era of Ethnocentrism in 1964.
